Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is an evidence-based, solution oriented therapy that explores the role our thoughts and emotions play on our mood. Sometimes the way we think or the way we respond to situations can maintain a vicious cycle of anxiety or low mood. 


The aim of CBT is to help you explore how you think about your life and break free from those unhelpful patterns of behaviour and thinking
